Eligibility
The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Warburtons or Jet2holidays their respective affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates, or aliases will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.
Entrants must be 18 years or over. We may ask for proof of age, residence or eligibility. Delay or failure to provide the evidence to our reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or a Prize being forfeited.
Internet access and mobile number required. Purchase necessary.

Maximum 1 unique entry per person per day, into the Instant Win promotion, granting automatic entry into the Weekly Prize Draw for the corresponding week.
Maximum of 1 win per person per prize type during the Promotion, including the Mop Up Draw Period.
Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programs, applications, scripts, alias accounts brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any Prize/s awarded will be void.
Promotional Period
The Main Promotional Period opens at 00:00 on 04.08.2025 and closes at 23.59 on 26.10.2025.
Each Weekly Prize Draw period (12 in total) will cover all entries from 00:00 each Monday to 23:59 the following Sunday. The Weekly Prize Draws will take place on the next working day following the close date of a relevant draw period from all valid entries received in the preceding week.
Entries will not be carried forward to subsequent draws.
There will be a Mop Up Draw for entries received between 00:00 on 27.10.25 and 23:59 on 23.11.2025. One (1) winner will be drawn at random for 1x Jet2holidays holiday on 25.11.25 from all valid entries received during this period. As well as winners drawn for any unwon and/or unclaimed Instant Win prizes from the Main Promotional Period.
How to Enter
To enter, purchase a promotional pack, scan the QR code or visit winwithwarbs.co.uk and enter your full name, mobile number, email address, and the last 4 digits of the barcode found on your promotional pack.
Entrants will receive an instant on-screen message confirming their win or loss in the Instant Win promotion and confirm their entry into the corresponding Weekly Prize Draw.
The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this Promotion.

Selecting the Instant Win winner(s)
There are 2,376 Instant Win prizes available in total. Instant Win prizes will be awarded weekly via 198 predetermined Winning Moments (hours, minutes, seconds) which have been securely selected by a computer-generated algorithm and will be randomly seeded throughout each weekly period as defined in clause 10 above. The first entrant to make a valid entry on or after the occurrence of a winning moment will be awarded the prize assigned to that winning moment. If no one makes a valid entry on or after a winning moment and another winning moment passes before the next valid entry, the available prize for the first winning moment will be won. For example, if a winning moment is set for 23:59 one day, an entry submitted on 00:01 the next day will capture that winning moment and win a prize. If there are no entries received within a given period between two or more Winning Moments, the first unawarded prize will be rolled forward and awarded to the next available entrant.
Entrants will be notified immediately on screen if they have won an Instant Win prize. Winners will also receive an SMS within 14 days confirming their win, along with a link to claim their prize. Winners will be required to complete the claim form with their full name, mobile number, email address and full postal address in order to claim their prize. Winners’ personal details entered on the claim form must match the details used upon entry. Once a winner’s claim has been verified, Instant Win prizes will be dispatched to the address provided on the claim form. Winners that do not complete the claim form within 14 days of sending will forfeit their prize.
Winning Moments will roll over from week to week until the end of the promotion. Any prizes not won or not claimed during the 12-week main promotional period will be reallocated in the Mop Up Draw.
Only valid entry information will be accepted, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entry information may not be sold or exchanged.
In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/win. If an entrant does not provide further information/evidence within 7 days of a request from the Promoter, their entry will be deemed invalid.
Selecting the Weekly Prize Draw winner(s)
There will be twelve (12) Weekly Prize Draws as detailed in clause 10 above.
There will be 12 winners in total (1 per draw). The winner of each draw will be electronically drawn at random by an independent third-party computer process from all valid entries received by the closing date of each Weekly Draw period.
Winners will be notified by phone within 48 hours of each draw and will need to confirm their personal details and provide proof of age and eligibility. They will also be provided with details on how to claim their prize. Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of the initial notification. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, including a minimum of three phone calls; however, if the prize is not claimed within 14 days a reserve winner will be selected by the same process as set out above. A maximum of two reserve winners per draw will be contacted.
Selecting the Mop Up Draw winner(s)
Entries received between 00:00 on 27.10.25 and 23:59 on 23.11.2025 will be entered into a Mop Up Draw for the chance to win a 7-night 5* all-inclusive Jet2holidays family getaway. The Mop Up Draw period lasts 4 weeks in total. The winner will be notified by phone within 48 hours of the draw and will need to confirm their personal details and provide proof of age and eligibility. They will also be provided with details on how to claim their prize. The prize must be claimed within 14 days of the initial notification. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, including a minimum of three phone calls; however, if the prize is not claimed within 14 days a reserve winner will be selected by the same process as set out above. If at the end of the Main Promotional Period there are Instant Win prizes that remain unwon and/or unclaimed, all entrants into the Mop Up Draw will be eligible for a chance to win. Winners will be required to complete the claim form with their full name, mobile number, email address and full postal address in order to claim their prize. Mop Up Draw Prize
Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. The prize is subject to these terms and conditions (“Prize Terms”) and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. The holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these Prize Terms, these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence.
Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value.
Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed.
The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
The prize duration may not be extended, and no element of the prize may be changed by the winner. Additional passengers outside the maximum amount permitted in the prize details may not be booked onto the prize booking.
All passengers must have a valid passport to travel and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.
General:
Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw and award the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy and https://www.jet2.com/privacy).
When entering the prize draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays).
Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.
General Information
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and winners and to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the Promotion or any instructions forming part of the entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating.
The Promoter and its agents will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this Promotion for the purposes of administering this Promotion unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose.

Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion including the publication of their full names, without further remuneration the winner is not obliged to agree to any request.
Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.
The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the Promotion.
In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human, mobile or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of Prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law.

These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed in accordance with English law, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts , as applicable, regarding any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms.
